Alana reached the heights of success in her retail career working for some of the best retailers in the world. Her proudest career moments as Retail Director for Hobbs include leading the brand's growth through increased market share, driving operational and systems efficiencies as well as inspiring a passionate retail team. She negotiated entry to Bloomingdales USA. Her real passion was developing her teams including many senior leaders in the current retail landscape.
Nina Airey
Co-founder, Senior Yoga Teacher & Embodiment Coach
Nina is a successful senior yoga teacher and her passion and skills for coaching others was formed in her corporate career as a head of learning and development. Her talents include developing senior executives, coaching and mentoring, and creating programmes which potentialise personal growth and deliver business strategy. Hugely dedicated to continuing her personal growth, Nina has successfully achieved many certifications in all areas of coaching, psychometrics, yoga, wellbeing as well as therapeutic yoga specifically to support women.
